Really excited to share this conversation I had this past week with none other than Danny Miranda from .

A few key takeaways:

Danny considered his podcast a success on day 1. Success isn’t the likes or the downloads. Success for Danny is “connecting with people’s souls.” I was struck by the intentionality to be driven by internal validation instead of external validation.

Danny has a gift of presence. He is intentional in the way he seeks to connect with his guests through ridiculous prep-work (check out The Art of Interviewing), but he’s also learned his gifting is being present and “live” in the real world.

Danny’s parents, especially his Mom, served as guides on his hero's journey. His Mom was open and present enough to allow Danny to do ridiculous things as a young teenager, leading to the life he now lives.

Danny’s special call to action: go for a run.
